Starting March 29, 2022, We’re Replacing Cloud Credits with Flex Tokens
|
With the launch of Flex, we are retiring Cloud Credits to provide one virtual currency that can be used for both cloud services and pay-as-you-go product access.
- Starting March 29, 2022, cloud credits will no longer be available for purchase.
- Starting March 29, 2022, customers will be able to use Flex tokens for most* cloud services.
- On March 29, 2023, all existing cloud credits will expire (including free, trial, and starter credits).
Please inform your customers and help them buy tokens so they can keep using cloud services. Please note that we are not planning on sending a direct communication to customers. Customers will see this information on the Cloud Credits landing page on February 21, 2022.
*Exceptions can be made for products or countries where Flex is not currently available. After March 29, contact your partner manager if your customer needs an exception.

10% Price Increase on New and Renewing Single-user Subscriptions Starting March 29, 2022
|
Starting March 29, 2022, Autodesk is increasing the SRP price* of new and renewing single-user subscriptions for most products by approximately 10% in Latin America, emerging countries in Europe, and Southeast Asia.
This price increase does not impact:
- Multi-user subscriptions.
- Discounted subscriptions through trade-in offers (including move to subscription and transition to named user).
- Products that are already priced globally (including Premium and Flex).
- Excluded products - see excluded product list.
Why is the price increasing? This increase will more closely align Autodesk prices across regions and allow us to further invest in improving our software.
How will customers be informed?
- Price increases will not be communicated directly to customers by Autodesk.
- Use the toolkit below to inform your customers of this change when the time is right so that you can help them plan.
- Consider closing any business before prices increase on March 29.
- See your local price list when effective on March 29 for exact price increases in your region.
*Resellers remain free to set their own prices.

Autodesk to Extend Multi-User Retirement and Trade-in Offer
|
In response to challenges associated with coronavirus (COVID-19) on our customers, Autodesk is announcing two changes for the transition to named user:
- Annual multi-user subscriptions (including Extra Territory Rights) may be renewed until February 7, 2023.
- The multi-user trade-in offer will be available until February 7, 2024.
These changes offer more flexibility for our customers, with longer timelines to transition to named user.
Autodesk will not be communicating this extension directly to customers. Share this information with customers when the time is right.
- Share the blog from Jeff Kinder and the campaign landing page when they are updated on February 21, 2022, to reflect the new end dates.
- Use the resources on One Team Source linked below to continue to encourage customers to transition to named users for the best experience.

|
Starting February 7, 2023, the discount on 3-year subscriptions will reduce from 5% to 0%*. By choosing a 3-year term, customers already benefit from 3 years at the same price. With this change, they will continue to get this price security.
This change will affect:
- Customers who buy new 3-year subscriptions after February 7, 2023.
- Customers with existing 3-year subscriptions (including those discounted through trade-in programs like Move to Subscription and transition to named user) that renew after February 7, 2023.
- Customers trading in existing seats for a 3-year subscription after February 7, 2023.
This change will not affect:
- At SRP: Subscription renewal prices will remain 10% lower when compared to buying new.
- As discounted through trade-in programs (Move to Subscription, transition to named user): Customers will continue to benefit from no more than a 5% increase every other year to 2028.

Over the last two years, the Level Up program has been scaled globally, which required some significant changes on our end. Therefore, we are thrilled to announce that we are implementing some essential modifications to our on-demand Platform.
We are moving away from AVOLVER to One Team Source, a modern platform with direct access via Partner Center and SSO. Our new on-demand program will be re-named Level Up On Demand. This change was done to better your user experience and provide you with easier access to new intuitive and role-based learning journeys.
